About Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Sex Talk Arabic (TST) is an intersectional feminist digital organisation tackling issues of
\nsexual violence in Arabic-speaking societies through advocacy, knowledge production and service
\nprovision. TST supports individuals and communities with alternative and accessible knowledge and
\nresources that enable them to make informed decisions about their bodies, relationships, health, and
\nrights.<\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Programme Coordinator will manage the implementation and coordination of
\nseveral key organisational projects. This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, facilitating
\ncommunication between teams, and supporting the organisation’s various initiatives. The Programme
\nCoordinator will also contribute to projects\u2019 design and execution, ensuring that objectives are met,
\ntimelines are adhered to, and results are accurately documented. The ideal candidate will be highly
\ndetail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure
\nprojects\u2019 success.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Project Coordination<\/strong>
\no Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of ongoing projects, ensuring they align with
\norganisational objectives and timelines.<\/p>\n

2. Team Coordination<\/strong>
\no Work closely with project teams to ensure the smooth execution of organisational
\ninitiatives, overcome potential challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.<\/p>\n

3. Administrative Oversight<\/strong>
\no Oversee administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient event
\nplanning and execution.
\no Ensure that the organisation’s policies and strategies are aligned with its objectives and
\noperational processes.<\/p>\n

4. Communication & Collaboration<\/strong>
\no Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners,
\nensuring effective communication and collaboration using relevant tools and platforms.<\/p>\n

5. Information Management<\/strong>
\no Maintain and organise organisational databases and drives, ensuring data accuracy,
\nconfidentiality, and accessibility for project management and reporting purposes.<\/p>\n

6. Financial Management<\/strong>
\no Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping,
\ncollaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial procedures and
\npolicies.<\/p>\n

7. Event Coordination<\/strong>
\no Lead the planning and execution of organisational events, workshops, and conferences,
\noverseeing the process from inception to completion.<\/p>\n

8. Grant & Proposal Support<\/strong>
\no Collaborate with project teams in preparing grant applications and project proposals,
\nensuring timely submission and compliance with donor requirements.<\/p>\n

9. Reporting<\/strong>
\no Lead the preparation and submission of quarterly, midterm, and annual reports, ensuring
\naccuracy in reporting on all organisational activities, progress, and objectives.<\/p>\n

10. General Support<\/strong>
\no Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including travel
\narrangements, document preparation, and general operational assistance.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At least 3 years of proven experience in organisational coordination, administration, or
\nrelated roles.
\n\u2022 A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (relevant certifications
\nare a plus).
\n\u2022 Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with excellent task prioritisation skills.
\n\u2022 Self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative and work independently and efficiently in
\nremote settings.
\n\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability
\nto engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, culturally diverse
\nenvironment.
\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Gender and Sexual Health and Rights is an advantage.<\/p>\n
